About

Cheryl Molnar is a creative consultant, artist, curator, and educator.

“With a life-long interest in the cross-section of contemporary art and commerce, I take pride in creating experiences that are visually thoughtful and engaging. I bring all my creative resources to the table in every project that I touch.”

My mission is to create opportunities for established artists who are currently underrepresented in traditional art galleries. The artists and community that I work with are selected for artistic merit, quality and contextual relevance to thought provoking themes. I partner with artists in all media - painters, sculptures, fine art photographers, collage, digital and video artists to create a diverse art community and foster creative development.

In the commercial art space, I have lead branding projects for J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in Marketing. Previously,  an Art Director for Martha Stewart, where I worked with teams of photographers and stylists to create custom images for the Martha Stewart brands. I am also a internationally exhibited artist, and my collage work is represented by C24 Gallery based in Chelsea NY. I have been awarded commissions from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs as well as the County of Los Angeles. Currently I am a member artist at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (EFA) and she received a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design in Graphic Design and an MFA in Painting from Pratt Institute.
